Hi I am Lisa! I began my journey of becoming a doula by becoming a mom to three puppies after the
loss of my dog over Easter weekend. It was a very traumatic experience for everyone in our family. To cope with this tragedy, we purchased three puppies. It transformed our lives with their love. So, we decided to become breeders so we could share the love our pet gave to us with other families. We are now proud parents of 89 live births, and now three generations later from our three puppies. I have taken the joy I received from this; and began my next step of being a doula. family; is the same passion I bring to my mission of being a doula. Every family I touch, I want to leave knowing their pregnancy was guided, delightful, and pleasurable.
I provide a warm atmosphere for my clients to welcome their new angel, tailored to their ideal nurturing
environment for the birth. During your pregnancy and postpartum, I will provide educational, physical, and emotional support for you and your partner, allowing the family to feel successful as parents. We will address your specific needs with your medical team, so this time is a safe space for everyone to feel secure. I work with your partner, so they are part of the experience through coaching on advocacy, comfort, and
support. I believe every family deserves a person who understands their wants and addresses these needs without judgment. I understand this is one of the most stressful times; I will transform the anxiety to excitement and joy.
